I have stayed in a superior king room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The point is the urban view was an unexpected bonus. All in all they offer friendly service. Thank you for a decent stay.

The hotel is conveniently located with an immaculately clean environment. The bed is comfortable and the service is excellent. The staff are caring and ensure everything is perfect. The hotel offers outstanding food. The location is favorable and peaceful, near the main shopping mall and local restaurants.

A well maintained hotel with a business class. It is convenient for access to expressway. Beside the choice of eating in the hotel, there are also restuarants and eatery around the hotel.A Good gym for a simple workout and a pool for a relaxing lap swim.

Sofa seats are not provided at the front of waiting area where guests can sit and wait for their pickup.

Staff were very well trained and friendly, had very good English and went above and beyond to make the experience good. Though there was an initial mix up with rooms, they upgraded us free of charge so that we were no worse off for the double booking.

I like the hotel design, I dun like the hotel customer counter service they no smiling face, they talking on the phone is poor no friendly, maybe they r busy. I like the hi-tea staff all friendly, n the security guard also friendly they show their smiling face. One thing important the comforter was smelling.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, with a Tesco mall right next door and plenty of eateries and restaurants serving delicious local food nearby. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms on the 13th floor are spacious and comfortable, whether you choose the king sized bed, the 2 x single beds, or the double single beds. Plus, the breakfast included in the high rate is a pleasant bonus.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

The housekeeping service during my stay was not up to par. The room was not as clean as expected, and the bathroom was not properly maintained.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and cozy, complete with fresh roses on the bed - a lovely touch. The location was perfect; it was conveniently situated near various eateries and just a short distance from two big shopping malls. Additionally, the hotel had a stunning view of Klang, providing a delightful backdrop during my stay. I was also impressed with the value for money as breakfast was included in the rate, allowing me to start my day off right without any additional expense.
